What pests are covered in the monthly plan?

Our general household plan covers 25 of the most common pests in Florida — including ants, roaches (excluding german roaches), silverfish, earwigs, and more. Specialty pests like termites, rodents, bed bugs, bees and mosquitoes require separate treatments.

Do I need to be home for service?

Nope! As long as we have access to the exterior of your home, we can perform your monthly treatment without you being there. If you need interior service, just let us know in advance.

Are your products safe for kids and pets?

Yes. We use professional-grade treatments that are EPA-approved and safe for children and pets once dry. Our technicians are trained to apply them carefully and responsibly.

What happens if I still see bugs after treatment?

If covered pests show up between monthly visits, just give us a call — we’ll come back and treat the problem area at no extra charge. That’s part of our satisfaction guarantee.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

Never. Our monthly plan is pay-as-you-go with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time — no hidden fees or penalties.

Do you service my area?

We proudly serve most of South Florida, including Coral Springs, Parkland, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, and surrounding areas. Not sure if you’re in our zone? Just give us a quick call or check our service area map.

How soon can you come out?

In most cases, we can get a technician to your home within 24 hours. We also offer same-day service when availability allows — especially for urgent pest issues.

How long does each treatment take?

Most visits take under 15 minutes, depending on the size of your property and pest activity. Our technicians never rush — we take the time to do it right and document every visit.

Will I still see bugs after you treat?

You might see a few bugs for a day or two — that’s normal. If you’re still seeing activity after that window, we’ll come back at no extra charge.

Do you offer interior treatments every visit?

We treat the exterior on every visit to maintain a strong barrier. Interior service is available on request and always included in your plan — just let us know if you need inside treatment, and we’ll schedule it at no extra cost.
