The Cockroach Challenge in Broward County

South Florida's heat and humidity create ideal conditions for cockroach activity year-round. Roaches thrive in dark, damp spaces like kitchens, bathrooms, drains, and garages. They reproduce rapidly and are most active at night, meaning by the time you see one, the infestation is likely well established.

Over-the-counter sprays and traps only kill the roaches you can see. They don't reach the nesting sites behind walls, under appliances, or deep in plumbing voids where the real problem lives. Without professional treatment, the colony continues to grow.

Total Roach Elimination — Guaranteed

Cockroaches are more than a nuisance. They're a health hazard. Roaches spread bacteria, contaminate food, and trigger allergies and asthma, especially in children. Our cockroach extermination service is designed to eliminate infestations at the source and prevent them from returning. With targeted treatments and guaranteed follow-up, we keep your Broward County home roach-free for good.

Common Cockroach Species
in Broward County

Effective treatment starts with identifying the species. Different roaches behave differently, nest in different areas, and respond to different control methods. Here are the species our technicians deal with most across Broward County.

German Cockroaches

The most common indoor roach in South Florida, German roaches reproduce rapidly and spread fast. They prefer kitchens and bathrooms and are usually brought in through groceries, deliveries, or furniture.

American Cockroaches

Often called "palmetto bugs," these large reddish-brown roaches live outdoors but enter through gaps and plumbing. They're attracted to moisture and commonly found in garages and crawl spaces.

Smokybrown Cockroaches

Dark brown and strong fliers, smokybrown roaches are drawn to light and moisture. They're often found in attics, soffits, gutters, and around entryways at night.

Asian Cockroaches

Nearly identical to German roaches in appearance, Asian roaches live outdoors and fly toward lights. They frequently enter homes through open doors and windows.

Your Questions Answered

What Pests Are Covered In The Monthly Plan?
Our general household plan covers 25 of the most common pests in Florida — including ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, wasps (exterior nests), and more. Specialty pests like termites, rodents, bed bugs, and mosquitoes require separate treatments.
Do I Need To Be Home For Service
Nope! As long as we have access to the exterior of your home, we can perform your monthly treatment without you being there. If you need interior service, just let us know in advance.
Are Your Products Safe For Kids & Pets?

Yes. We use EPA-registered, professional-grade treatments that are applied with care by licensed technicians. We recommend allowing the product to fully dry and ventilate the area before reentry by children or pets.

What Happens If I Still See Bugs After Treatment
If covered pests show up between monthly visits, just give us a call — we’ll come back and treat the problem area at no extra charge. That’s part of our satisfaction guarantee.
Is There A Contract Or Cancellation Fee?

No contracts for the monthly plan — you can cancel anytime with no fees. For the yearly plan, we offer a discounted rate upfront. If you choose to cancel early, we'll simply pro-rate the months used at the standard monthly rate and refund the difference.
