What pests are covered in the monthly plan?
Our general household plan covers 25 of the most common pests in Florida — including ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, wasps (exterior nests), and more. Specialty pests like termites, rodents, bed bugs, and mosquitoes require separate treatments.

Do I need to be home for service?
Nope! As long as we have access to the exterior of your home, we can perform your monthly treatment without you being there. If you need interior service, just let us know in advance.

Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use professional-grade treatments that are EPA-approved and safe for children and pets once dry. Our technicians are trained to apply them carefully and responsibly.

What happens if I still see bugs after treatment?
If covered pests show up between monthly visits, just give us a call — we’ll come back and treat the problem area at no extra charge. That’s part of our satisfaction guarantee.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No contracts for the monthly plan — you can cancel anytime with no fees. For the yearly plan, we offer a discounted rate upfront. If you choose to cancel early, we’ll simply pro-rate the months used at the standard monthly rate and refund the difference.
