The Rodent Challenge in Broward County

South Florida's dense vegetation, warm climate, and proximity to water create ideal conditions for rodents to thrive year-round. There's no winter die-off in Broward County. Rats and mice stay active all twelve months, constantly seeking food, water, and shelter inside your home.

Attics, crawl spaces, garages, and wall voids are the most common entry points. Once inside, rodents can multiply fast. A single pair of mice can produce dozens of offspring in just a few months. They contaminate food, leave droppings and urine throughout your home, and gnaw on electrical wiring, which is a leading cause of house fires.

Complete Rodent Control & Prevention

Rodents are more than a nuisance. They're a health hazard and a direct threat to your property. Rats and mice chew through insulation, wires, and food packaging while spreading bacteria, parasites, and disease. Our rodent control service is designed to stop active infestations and prevent future ones, combining trapping, exclusion, and follow-up. If you're hearing scratching in the walls or finding droppings in your kitchen, it's time to call a professional.

Common Rodents in Broward County

Effective rodent control starts with identifying what you're dealing with. Different species behave differently, enter your home from different areas, and require different control strategies.

Roof Rats

The most common rodent in South Florida, roof rats enter through roof gaps and overhanging branches. They nest in attics and walls, contaminate insulation, and cause damage to wiring and stored items.

Norway Rats

Larger and ground-dwelling, Norway rats burrow near foundations, fences, and garbage areas. They gnaw through wood and containers, and their burrows can weaken patios and foundations.

House Mice

Small and highly adaptable, house mice squeeze through tiny gaps and nest inside walls, cabinets, and appliances. They reproduce quickly and contaminate food with droppings and urine.

Signs of a Rodent Infestation

Rodents are nocturnal and avoid open spaces, so you may not see them directly. Knowing the warning signs helps you catch the problem before it gets out of control.

Droppings

Dark, pellet-shaped droppings are one of the first signs of rodents. Check behind appliances, inside cabinets, and along baseboards or attic spaces.

Your Questions Answered

What Pests Are Covered In The Monthly Plan?
Our general household plan covers 25 of the most common pests in Florida — including ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, wasps (exterior nests), and more. Specialty pests like termites, rodents, bed bugs, and mosquitoes require separate treatments.
Do I Need To Be Home For Service
Nope! As long as we have access to the exterior of your home, we can perform your monthly treatment without you being there. If you need interior service, just let us know in advance.
Are Your Products Safe For Kids & Pets?

Yes. We use EPA-registered, professional-grade treatments that are applied with care by licensed technicians. We recommend allowing the product to fully dry and ventilate the area before reentry by children or pets.

What Happens If I Still See Bugs After Treatment
If covered pests show up between monthly visits, just give us a call — we’ll come back and treat the problem area at no extra charge. That’s part of our satisfaction guarantee.
Is There A Contract Or Cancellation Fee?

No contracts for the monthly plan — you can cancel anytime with no fees. For the yearly plan, we offer a discounted rate upfront. If you choose to cancel early, we'll simply pro-rate the months used at the standard monthly rate and refund the difference.
