Mergers & Acquisitions

Built in Broward. Growing with Broward.

For over 32 years, Greg's Aggressive Pest Solutions has protected Broward County homes and businesses with the kind of service you only get from a locally owned company. Now we're looking to grow, and we want to grow the right way: by partnering with other established pest control operators who built their business the same way we built ours.

If you've spent years earning your customers' trust and you're starting to think about what's next, we'd like to talk.

Why Sell Us Your Pest Control Business?

Selling your pest control company is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make. The national rollups will write you a check, fold your company into theirs, and quietly move on. That's not us.

We're a local, family-run operation right here in South Florida. We know what it took to build your business because we've been doing the same thing in the same market for over three decades. When you sell to Greg's, your customers stay local, your technicians stay employed, and your name continues to mean something in the community where you built it.

What We Offer Sellers

  • A fair, straightforward valuation

  • Full confidentiality from the very first conversation

  • Continued employment opportunities for your team

  • A smooth transition for your customers

  • Cash at closing, with flexible deal structures

Who We're Looking For

We're actively seeking to acquire residential and commercial pest control companies across South Florida. We're a good fit for owners who:

  • Operate in Broward, Palm Beach, or Miami-Dade County
  • Are considering retirement, semi-retirement, or a career change
  • Have a loyal recurring customer base and a reputation for quality work
  • Want their employees and customers to be taken care of after the sale
  • Are licensed and in good standing with the State of Florida

Whether you have 100 accounts or 10,000, a one-person operation or a full crew, we'd like to hear from you. Every business is different, and every conversation starts with us listening.

Our Process

We keep things simple, respectful, and confidential at every step.

1

Introduction

A casual, no-pressure phone call or in-person meeting to get to know each other. We'll ask about your business, your goals, and your timeline. You'll ask us anything you want about who we are and how we operate. Nothing leaves the room.

2

Confidential Review

If we both want to move forward, we sign a mutual NDA, and you share some basic financials and operational details. We use this to put together a fair offer that reflects what you've built.

Letter of Intent

We present a written offer outlining the purchase price, deal structure, and key terms. You have all the time you need to review it with your accountant, attorney, or family.

4

Due Diligence & Closing

Once terms are agreed, we work through a streamlined due diligence process and move toward closing. Most deals close within 60 to 90 days of signing the LOI.

Transition

We work alongside you to introduce ourselves to your team and your customers in a way that feels natural. Many sellers stay on for a short transition period, and some choose to stay involved long-term in a consulting or operational role. That's entirely up to you.

Let's Talk

If you're thinking about selling your pest control business, even if you're a few years out, we'd like to start a conversation. Reach out directly, and you'll speak with ownership, not a corporate development team. All inquiries are kept strictly confidential.
